The Building Owners and Managers Association Seattle King County is a professional trade association with several hundred members from over 250 firms who either own or manage commercial real estate or provide goods and services to the industry. Established in 1912, BOMA is the voice of the Office Building and Commercial Real Estate Industry. Our mission is to actively represent the best interests of the commercial real estate owner, the real estate professional, and industry service providers through effective leadership in advocacy, through the collection and dissemination of information and the professional development and accreditation of the real estate professional.

In our Centennial Year, BOMA Seattle King County welcomes BOMA International Every Building Conference and Expo June 24-26th, 2012, Washington State Convention and Trade Center

BOMA Seattle King County is currently welcoming contributions and sponsorships to help make the opening night welcome event a success.The opening night event will be held at the world renowned Museum of Flight and will host over 1200 commercial real estate professionals from across the globe.

BOMA Seattle King County celebrates our 100th anniversary in 2012


BOMA Seattle King County would like to thank all of our members throughout the years for all of your support. We are excited to welcome members to a celebration gala planned for October 2012.

If your company has historic memorabilia of your buildings, we are gathering photos and historic documents for a special showcase at the 100 Year Gala event in October. We are also planning to have this historic memorabilia showcased at our June 24-26th BOMA International Conference in the 92 foot wide Skybridge in special tower displays.
