Thank you for your interest in joining
BOMA Seattle King County!
At BOMA Seattle King County there are two types of membership: Principal Members and Industry Partners.
A Little History: BOMA Seattle King County was founded in 1912 with the main purpose being to connect and educate those who owned and managed commercial property and importantly to join together to advocate for the interest of the commercial real estate owners and the industry as a whole. Over 100 years later, that main purpose has not changed. Our two types of memberships, Principal Members and Industry Partners both play integral roles in doing just that. Principal Members either own property or work for companies that manage property for the owners. Principal Members benefit from being members of BOMA because of our role in advocating for the Commercial Real Estate Industry, the robust education schedule that we offer, and the benefits that come from people within the industry networking and sharing best practices. Industry Partners benefit from being BOMA members because they are able to connect with the people that they do business with - those who make decisions about the products and services they will choose to keep their buildings safe, attractive and running smoothly.
