guest at BOMA’s May 19th General Meeting lunch in downtown
Seattle at the Red Lion Hotel on Fifth Avenue.

Our lunch speaker will
focus on - why the next 20+years are going to be the best time to be in the
real estate industry, about emerging employment trends, "hot" markets and
client segments, real estate cycles and where the next cycles of opportunity
will likely be and what real estate employers are now looking for when
hiring future leaders in commercial real estate.
Our lunch speaker,
Christopher Lee is President and CEO of the Los Angeles-based CEL &
Associates, Inc., one of the nation’s leading consulting organizations
specializing in strategic planning, compensation, satisfaction and opinion
surveys and performance improvement. Mr. Lee is the acknowledged leading
futurist within the real estate industry. Mr. Lee has his Ph.D. in
Management and Organizational Development and, for over 30 years, has been
active in and an advisor to real estate companies nationwide. Mr. Lee is
also the editor of Strategic Advantage,
a quarterly newsletter that has a futurist perspective of the real estate
industry. Chris’ opinions and forecasts regularly appear in trade
publications, and he is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. His
firm for the last 17 years has conducted the nation’s largest compensation
survey in the real estate industry and, in 2006 Chris’ firm will conduct
approximately 2,000,000 customer satisfaction surveys. CEL & Associates,
Inc.’s client list reads like a Who’s Who in the real estate industry.
Perhaps the best indicator of the demand for his services is that he has
