COURSE REQUIREMENTS
Although BOMI Classes are available in
a self-study format through BOMI International, self-study courses are
not eligible for clock hours for State of Washington real estate
licenses. The classes offered by BOMA Seattle King County are taught by
local industry professionals, who provide insight to local issues. The
classroom environment is a great place to network and meet new friends.
Payment must accompany
registration and be received in the BOMA office 48 hours prior to the start of
class. Checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and approved Purchase Orders
are accepted. Employees of firms that have not paid their dues will be charged
non-member rates.
BOMI International
charges an initial designation enrollment fee of $175. Enrollment into a second
or third designation program costs an additional $75 per designation. To take
one BOMI class, without enrolling in the designation program, the Institute
charges a $75 enrollment fee. No refunds within 48 hours of start of class. No
class make-ups.
Classroom attendance
and successful completion of the exam (for 30 hour or more classes) qualifies
for clock hours. You must be in attendance for every class to receive any
credit. The instructor will have a special sign in/out sheet that will be
forwarded to the BOMA office after each class. Remember to sign at every class.
You will not have the opportunity to sign at a later date if you forget.
Clock hours certificates will be mailed after
the course is completed.
