Each year, BOMA recognizes members in our organization who have displayed hard work, dedication, and were real stand outs among our membership. The time they give, the support they provide and the value they bring to members make these individuals BOMA
Heroes!

Jessica Locke, Regional Account Manager with ABM
Jessica serves on BOMA’s Executive Committee, the Board of Directors and is the Industry Partner Committee Chair. She has done an outstanding job in all of these
roles. She is professional, has great ideas and keeps things light-hearted and fun. As the Industry Partner Committee Chair during these difficult years, she has kept the committee connected and engaged. She has partnered the Industry
Partner group with the Emerging Professionals to plan some fun virtual and outdoor in-person events during these past couple of years including the in-person wine tasting event at Januik and the GO Remote Gameshow Bonanza, one of our highlight
virtual events. She does all of this with a great sense of humor, a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Thank you, Jessica, for all you have done and continue to do for BOMA. We really appreciate you! |

Patrick Hennessy, Real Estate Manager with CBRE
Patrick Hennessy is a rising star within BOMA membership and has been a leader in the Emerging Professionals (EP) community, a host for our EP Trivia games, and has
stepped up for leadership roles within the Mentor committee. His continued involvement within BOMA is refreshing, welcoming, and his experience within the industry will serve him well as he Co-Chairs the Emerging Professionals Committee
in 2022. Congratulations, Patrick! |

Ronni Whetsell, Property Manager with Wright Runstad & Company
Ronni Whetsell's involvement in BOMA began nearly a decade ago within the Emerging Professional’s Committee. Since then, she has led several task
forces: High School Reachout, Special Membership Task Force, and has been the Chair of Mentor Program. She spearheaded the High School Reachout Task Force project of creating a video to bring awareness of our industry to high school students.
Ronni has also been an Emerging Professionals ambassador helping other EPs who joined the industry. In 2022, Ronni will Chair the Workforce Development Committee in 2022. Thank you for your continued commitment, Ronni!

Shawn Rucshner, Service Account Executive with ATS Automation
Shawn has been an active member of the Industry Partner Committee for years. Shawn comes to committee meetings with great insight into the Industry
and stories that energize the group. He has been our star volunteer for years, showing up to all events ready and willing to help out in any way needed. He is professional, fun and cares about our members. He is quick to volunteer to reach
out to new Industry Partner companies and introduce them to BOMA and show them the ropes. We really appreciate Shawn’s dedication to the Industry Partner Committee, his insight when it comes to industry issues and also specific BOMA programming.
Shawn, thank you for keeping us laughing with your great sense of humor and being an incredible asset to our BOMA community.

Bill Babbitt, Chief Building Engineer with Able Engineering Services
Bill Babbitt is an outstanding BOMA member that is a pleasure to work with, always willing to help, and funny in his own special, sometimes sarcastic, way! Bill has given his time and talent to BOMA and has been a huge help to our President,
Rod Kauffman, professionally and personnally many times. He is also always looking out for the good of all BOMA members. Thank you, Bill, for all you do and congratulations!

Steve Penn, President, Management Services with KG Investment Properties Steve Penn participated in a very important conference call with a senior policy advisor to the Governor, which helped provide an explanation of why the Governor should not declare and proclaim that personal guarantees in real estate contracts should be enforced while our pandemic emergency orders were in place. He and other BOMA leaders succeeded in convincing the Governor not to proceed.
Steve also provided essential guidance and advice to the BOMA staff in the development of BOMA’s first and very successful local building operating expense benchmarking report. This report was previously prepared nationally and was called the Experience Exchange Report.
Steve serves on BOMA’s Board of Directors and, as you know, one of the key roles of the Board is to set BOMA’s strategic direction and objectives. He has contributed significantly to those efforts, and he is one of our go-to leaders for industry information and advice. Congratulations, Steve!
