You qualify as a Principal Member if: 

• You own commercial property and are looking to join BOMA to get connected within the industry, take advantage of the professional development opportunities and/or to contribute to the advocacy efforts at the legislative levels on behalf of the Commercial Real Estate Industry. 
• You work for a company that manages commercial property for the owners, (some examples of titles include: Assistant Property Manager, Tenant Coordinator, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, Facilities Manager, Asset Manager, Accountant, etc.)
• You are hired on as a building engineer for a commercial building.

You qualify as an Industry Partner if:

• Your company is a vendor that provides goods and/or services to the commercial real estate industry and you want to connect with potential clients. (examples include companies that provide tenant improvements, HVAC installation and/or maintenance, cleaning Services, telecommunications etc.)

You qualify as a Student if:

• You are currently a student and have an active student email.
