BOMA Greater Seattle is federated with BOMA International. There are over 106 local associations throughout the country and around the world. BOMA locals collaborate with each other and BOMA International on best practices for commercial real estate. Each local focuses on their own market and function independently.

BOMA International and BOMI International are two separate entities. Designation courses are developed by BOMI International and then delivered through many of BOMA's local associations. Registering for classes with BOMI International does not entitle you to BOMA membership; however, as a BOMA member, you generally qualify for discounts on designation courses. For more information about BOMI International and the designation programs, contact Justin Wallander at justin@bomaseattle.org.
