BOMA is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the fabric of membership and activities.

Committee Mission Statement

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force is passionate about being a resource for BOMA member organizations to achieve their DE&I goals. This committee provides support through a three-pronged approach: DE&I education/training, helping to increase diversity in the industry, and providing Industry-wide DE&I resources.

Donate to BOMA's DEI Fund

The DEI Fund is to help with DEI Programming within BOMA Seattle King County. This includes speakers, DEI scholarships to the BOMA International Conference, and other programming throughout the year. Donate here.
