Transportation Management Program Seminar
Presented BOMA Seattle King County, SDOT and Commute Seattle

The way your employees and your tenants get around is changing, shaped by impacts from major projects including the closure of the Alaska Way Viaduct and opening the new waterfront tunnel; the transit tunnel closing to busses; convention center construction; and ongoing waterfront redevelopment. With these constraints on the transportation network, offering great transportation programs and amenities to tenants will be more important than ever.

This transportation seminar will consist of three sessions covering the Transportation Management Program (TMP) and its significance for commercial real estate property managers. Sessions include:

1.      The Value of Transportation Programs in a Changing City

2.      Property Manager Panel Discussion: Transportation Strategies for High-Performance Buildings

3.      Transportation Demand Management for Commercial Buildings: Standard and Advanced Elements

Presenters from SDOT, SDCI and District 2030 will be leading sessions and answering your questions about how Seattle properties can remain wonderful places to commute to. We appreciate your ongoing support and cooperation with the Transportation Management Program and look forward to a productive event!
