BOMA’s January 27^th General Lunch Meeting will feature a panel of speakers who will discuss the City of Seattle’s soon to be adopted Seismic Retrofit Requirements for Unreinforced Masonry Buildings. Details of the proposed retrofit requirements will be presented along with the compliance timeline which spans several years.  

Registration is currently open. Details will be provided closer to the date. Please note that a late registration fee of $20 will be charged for registrations received after 3:00pm the Thursday before the event date. Registration fees are not refundable. Substitutions are welcome.
