Transportation Management Program Webinar
Presented by BOMA Seattle King County, Commute Seattle, Cascadia Partners, Urban Freight Lab and Seattle 2030 District
Seattle’s growth continues and the way your employees and your tenants get around is constantly evolving. With new light rail stops opening, employees working from home or on a hybrid schedule, and the inevitable return of tenants to the office incoming, questions and uncertainty are looming. Meanwhile, private development impacts on city streets are ongoing, and the number of transportation options is expanding. In this competitive market, offering great transportation programs and amenities to tenants can make the difference between an average property and a truly great one.
Following a number of popular TMP events in years past, we returning with an update! This transportation webinar will consist of sessions covering elements related to Transportation Management Programs (TMPs) and their significance for commercial real estate property managers. Sessions include: - Why a TMP is important
- New developments in public transit and their impact on traffic/parking
- Parking garage best practices
- Best practices to prepare for tenants return to office
- Energy reduction initiatives/goals and how those affect your TMP
- EV readiness, parking requirements, bike parking requirements
- Robust Q&A Session
- And more!
Our local Commute Seattle Team will provide brief introductory remarks on the importance of TMPs and their relationship to the development cycle and management of real estate properties. Presenters from Seattle 2030 District, UFL, Commute Seattle and Cascadia Partners will be leading sessions and answering your questions about how Seattle properties can capitalize on tenants return to work and fulfill requirements of the Transportation Management Plan.
