Law and Risk Management (RPA Required Course)
In today's complex business environment, it is increasingly important for property managers to know how to address legal and risk management issues. This course will provide you with a foundation in the basic principles of law and risk management, helping you deal with everyday legal and risk issues surrounding your business. In addition to addressing leasing and conveyance, the course covers important issues on torts, contracts, employer/employee relations, property rights, and environmental law. This course will be taught in a live virtual learning environment using BOMI's educational platform. In addition to the class recordings, the platform includes an electronic book, module quizzes, learning exercises and practice exams. This course was updated in 2023 and includes new information. The student has six months after class start (until March 18, 2024) to schedule and complete the associated virtual exam.
