    1500 North Warner Street #1093 Tacoma, WA 98416. Parking is free.
  • This seminar is approved for 4 Continuing Education Real Estate Clock Hours through the Washington State Department of Licensing (typically used for Real Estate and Brokers’ License renewals). The hours apply to ‘continuing education’ and to ‘current trends.’

Attendees desiring clock hours should register under "CEU Credit" option; a fee of $40 will be applied to cover administrative costs for the hours provided. Attendance and sign in/out will be required to earn clock hours.

If for any reason this seminar is not approved for CEU Credits, you will be alerted ahead of the seminar date and the fee will be refunded.
