BOMA Education Seminar: Safety In Commercial Real Estate Emergency Preparedness and Life Safety Programs  This 5-hour workshop provides property managers and building staff with a thorough understanding of how to both administer an effective, code-compliant life safety program as well as lead an effective emergency response at their facility. The course will also address recent trends and emerging challenges, such as how to adapt life safety programs to the more hybrid workplace environment and the unique risks posed by electric vehicles, bikes, and scooters. This session is currently pending approval for 5 Continuing Education Real Estate Clock Hours through the Washington State Department of Licensing.
