BOMA Education Seminar: Tenant Retention 101  This 3-hour seminar/workshop provides property managers and building staff with an understanding of best practices for retaining existing tenants. The necessity of tenant retention in the current market impacts all aspects of building operations and management and the responsibility is held by the whole property management team. This session is approved for 3 Continuing Education Real Estate Clock Hours through the Washington State Department of Licensing.
