BOMA In-Person Power Hour Session: Tailored Solutions for Repair and Maintenance in a Challenging Economic Environment
Tuesday, March 4, 2025 - 11:30am-1:00pm
Presented by Travis Brammer, Managing Partner, Evolution Architecture

Join us in person for an educational Power Hour on March 4th in Downtown Seattle. Hear from experts at BOMA member firm, Evolution Architecture on the best way to creatively protect your investments while minimizing costs. This session will be held in an in-person only format and attendees will have an opportunity to connect with our presenters and other BOMA members in attendance.

Description: The recent financial squeeze in commercial office creates a complex dilemma: how to preserve and protect valuable assets when traditional funding sources are constrained? Over the past few years, we've tackled this challenge head-on by developing innovative, cost-effective solutions that prioritize both building integrity and budget realities.

The presentation highlights several case studies where experts from Evolution successfully implemented unconventional, customized approaches to maintenance and renovation projects despite limited funding. These examples demonstrate how creative problem-solving and strategic planning can help property owners navigate the current economic landscape while maintaining their assets' long-term value.

A Q&A session will follow the presentation.

Lunch will be provided for attendees.
