Once a year professionals representing these various real estate industry associations and groups in the Puget Sound area, if not all across Washington State, gather together to discuss our legislative priorities and advocacy plans for the upcoming state legislative session: in this case 2017.  This shared information and insight helps us all.

WREC has been meeting at least once annually since 1996.  We call it “WREC” for the Washington Real Estate Coalition.  WREC is an informal group – no membership, no dues no cost except your time and paying a registration fee that covers lunch and a room rental.  WREC does not speak for any of our friendly affiliated groups – that’s up to each association’s own leadership. WREC does however, help us all understand what each other sees as key issues and when it seems appropriate we sometimes join in collaborative lobbying and to help educate our elected officials on the issues important to all of us. 

Reservations & cancellations must be received at the BOMA office by 4PM Friday, December 9th, 2016.  If you make reservations and do not attend or do not cancel by the deadline, you will be invoiced, since we must guarantee payment for your meal.
