Residential and Commercial Rent Control: Why both are economically unwise actions

Special Guest Speaker, Professor Matt Manweller: Central Washington University.  Professor Manweller typically teaches courses on: Introduction to American Government, Constitutional Law, Political Economy and American Political Thought.  His research interests include: Law, Economic Theory and Direct Democracy.  Professor Manweller is also an elected state representative from Ellensburg Washington, and will begin his 6^th year in the state House of Representatives in the 2018 legislative session.  Mr. Manweller will speak on the economic and political implications of rent control efforts.
