The Building Owners and Managers Association is the most influential professional organization representing commercial real estate. BOMA’s Board of Director’s establishes policies and amends or confirms the public positions BOMA may take on government affairs issues impacting the best interest of BOMA members and the organization. The Board may delegate to the Executive Committee of Officers an authorized level of decision making with respect to advocacy positions consistent with the overall strategic plan adopted and governed by the Board.
