Thank you for your interest in participating to be a judge for the Local TOBY awards! Judging is an integral part of the TOBY program and cannot be possible without your participation and help. Not only does it help BOMA complete this process, but it will also give you the opportunity for a back of the house tour of a spectacular building and a greater insight into our industry.

Details:

·         Judging sheets can be found and downloaded below or from the TOBY page on our website. They will also be provided before the on-site building tour

·         The on-site building judging will take approximately 2 hours

·         Judges cannot select to judge buildings entered by their company

·         Judges cannot select to judge buildings they provide goods or services to
