About BOMA Greater Seattle

The Building Owners and Managers Association Greater Seattle is a professional trade association with several hundred members from over 265 firms who either own or manage commercial real estate or provide goods and services to the industry. Established in 1912, BOMA is the voice of the office building and commercial real estate industry.

BOMA is a bottom up organization which means that each local BOMA association operates under its own by-laws and Board of Directors. The local association is well positioned to meet the needs of local members while also addressing needs on a state, regional, and/or national level. We work closely with the international office in a partnership designed to represent our member’s business interests at all levels.

We are a 501 C6 not-for-profit trade association. BOMA Greater Seattle has a paid staff of five, and a Board of Directors of 24 real estate executives who seek to protect and promote the best interests of our members.
