Emerging Professionals (EPs)

Who is an EP? An EP is someone who is relatively new to commercial real estate management who may hold a position such as property manager, assistant property manager, tenant services coordinator, engineer, broker, or similar. An EP may be someone who has been in the industry 10 years or less. An EP is someone who might currently be working in real estate accounting or research or another support position who will likely continue their career in a real estate management capacity. An EP is someone who would be considered a future leader in BOMA or the commercial real estate industry. Someone who would enjoy and benefit from networking with their emerging leader peers in a fun and relaxing environment. Someone who is interested in learning more about and becoming more involved in their BOMA membership, and how BOMA can benefit the future of their career and their company.
