Who is an EP? An EP is someone who is relatively or somewhat new to commercial real estate management who may hold a position such as property manager, assistant property manager, tenant services coordinator, broker, or similar. An EP is someone who might currently be working in real estate accounting or research or another support position who will likely continue their career in a real estate management capacity. An EP is someone who would be considered a future leader in the industry.
