Holly Thode is the Business Development Manager for Paul Davis Restoration. Holly is a member of the Industry Partner
committee and is highly involved in helping with events. Holly has taken on
major volunteer roles at BOMA events such as the Golf Tournament, Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest event this year and last helping with the layout and day-of set up.
She never hesitates to lend a helping hand and has a calm, kind demeanor under
pressure that our members appreciate.
Crystal Gamon is a Property Manager at Wright Runstad & Company. Crystal is a huge advocate for BOMA education.
She leads by example and quickly completed all of the BOMA classes in
succession for her RPA designation and highly encourages other BOMA members to
do the same. She generously offered the conference space in their building to
hold classes and has helped assure the classes run smoothly.
Mick Newell is a Property Manager at Washington Holdings. Mick is a member of the Emerging Professionals
Committee. It was clear early-on that he had leadership qualities and he has
demonstrated those qualities throughout his time on the committee. He has shown
himself as a leader to the EP community by reaching out to new members of the
EP group and making people feel very welcome. He has stepped up as the lead for
many Emerging Professional events this year. He was the first to volunteer to
be featured on the BOMA video, demonstrating his desire to advocate for BOMA
and create awareness about the Commercial Real Estate industry. Mick has a very
bright future in this industry and we are excited to see where his leadership
abilities take him.
Jackie Roethel is the Associate Partner, Director of Marketing at Evolution Architecture, LLC. Jackie has led the way in the efforts for
BOMA’s first Women in Commercial Real Estate event which was a huge success.
She is a co-chair of the Membership Committee and an active member of the
Education committee. We see Jackie at most BOMA events. She is one of BOMA’s
biggest supporters in helping to bring in new Principal Members and helps
current Industry Partner members maximize their BOMA benefits. Jackie is a joy
to be around and we really appreciate the time and effort that she puts into
the projects that she is a part of.
