We need your help!
BOMA International and BOMI International have been collaborating on a groundbreaking Job Task Analysis for the role of Property Manager that is specific to the commercial real estate environment. The purpose of the study is to capture today’s job responsibilities, and to outline the knowledge, skills, and training property professionals need to excel in their current roles. Ultimately, this will help our organizations develop future education and training programs to meet the needs of CRE practitioners throughout their careers. We truly believe that no one is better qualified to define and lead the future direction of property management education than you.
To finalize and validate the commission’s work, we’re asking you to complete a 25-30 minute survey. The survey is being hosted by our independent consultants, the Workplace Learning and Performance Group. Your responses will be 100% anonymous.

| Home Depot: BOMA Members Earn 2% Annual Rebate |
|
The Home Depot now offers a national rebate incentive program for BOMA members. Enroll in the program and receive a 2% annual rebate on all qualifying pre-tax purchases (a qualifying purchase is any pre-tax purchase on a registered account) of thousands of product in paint, janitorial, flooring, plumbing, electrical and more, plus other special savings and services, such as dedicated support, delivery, competitive pricing and volume discounts. There is no cost to enroll. Annual purchases must total a minimum of $25,000 to qualify.
The current rebate period runs March 1, 2018, through February 28, 2019. You can enroll at any time; however, the sooner you enroll the sooner you start earning your rebates. Rebates are distributed annually at the end of the end of the rebate period.
