Hayley Hughes, Assistant Property Manager, Unico Properties

Hayley Hughes with Unico Properties has been on the BOMA Emerging Professionals committee for over 5 years. She is always willing to lend a hand at events and was quick to volunteer for the work day at The Sophia Way. For the past few years, she has been on the volunteer team to choose winners of Golf Sponsor Holes. This is a long and fun day and it wouldn’t be the same without her. She has been a lead on the BOMA Drop-In Happy Hours that began last year and she is always welcoming and friendly to all new EPs. Thank you, Hayley, for all that you do for BOMA!

Kyle Hepper, Business Development Manager, Gateway Construction

Kyle Hepper, Business Development Manager with Gateway Construction, is on the Emerging Professionals Committee and just recently volunteered to be a part of the Mentor Committee. With his thoughtful input and great ideas, he has quickly proven to be an integral part of the Mentor Team. Kyle has been a great lead on EP events and continues to volunteer his time to help with major events. Thank you, Kyle!

Bo Kendall, Electrical Services Specialist, Seahurst Electric, Inc.

Bo Kendall is a dedicated Industry Partner member who deeply cares about giving back to the community. For this year’s Community Outreach Partner, The Sophia Way, Bo and his Seahurst team donated their time and resources towards updating the facility. Bo upgraded all of the existing fixtures and installed five new lights, all while decreasing the amount of power used. All in all, Bo and his team made four separate trips to the Sophia Place Shelter and spent over twelve hours working to improve the lives of those at Sophia’s Place.

Tom Wallin, President, Leibsohn Wallin Management

Tom Wallin has consistently been dedicated to BOMA throughout the years. As a past chairman, he continues to demonstrate leadership through his involvement and support. Tom has taught many BOMI classes, has been a guest instructor at BOMA Foundations classes, helped to develop the new CMCP certification and is an active Board Member. When he’s not running his company or promoting BOMA, you can catch him at your nearest BBQ competition.

Coleen Spratt, Director of Property Management, Nitze-stagen & Co., Inc.

Coleen represents BOMA members so very, very well, most recently in her leadership role on the Public Safety Task Force and as a past Chairman. Her active participation in BOMA International has also been extremely valuable to the work of our local association, providing a conduit of information between King County and the greater BOMA membership. As a BOMA International Fellow, Coleen is a member of a selected group of accomplished real estate professionals. Her career experience is diverse and equally impressive, while her current position as Director of Property Management with Nitze-Stagen continues her journey managing a variety of assets. Our gratitude goes out to you, Coleen – and thank you for doing it all with a balance of clarity, decisiveness and humor.
