Did you notice?

Did you notice the job title changes for Cori Taniguchi, Justin Wallander and Christine Miclat Lubong? Due to the growing needs of our membership, there have been some exciting changes!

Cori Taniguchi has been promoted to BOMA’s Director of Operations. With over 8 years at BOMA, Cori has proven her ability to grow membership programming and lead efforts in accomplishing strategic goals. In her new role, she will oversee BOMA’s day to day operations and lead the BOMA team as we pursue the accomplishment of BOMA’s mission and member value programming. Cori will focus on member-faced programs while Rod Kauffman, BOMA’s President, directs more of his time to regulatory, industry and government affairs issues. Rod will also lead collaboration efforts with alliance partners.

Justin Wallander has been promoted to Manager of Education and Member Services. With less than a year under his belt, Justin is the newest member of the BOMA team. His ability to interact with members and his dedication to driving BOMA’s mission forward quickly proved Justin to be an asset. In his new role Justin will be the lead on education programming and will take over more responsibility for member services.

Christine Miclat Lubong has been with BOMA for nearly 8 years. As BOMA has grown, our needs for marketing, social media, public relations and communications has increased. Christine has passed the torch of education programming along to Justin. In her new role as Director of Marketing and Communications, Christine will focus her time and energy toward the BOMA website, social media campaigns, marketing efforts, videography and PR. Christine's marketing and design skills have been recognized by BOMA members, leaders and staff as outstanding, so we are really looking forward to her having more time to spend in these areas.

We are excited about the changes and look forward to maximizing your benefits and experience as a BOMA Seattle King County Member. As always, please feel free to reach out to us at any time. Given the new changes, download the Meet the Team document to see who to contact for what needs.

We wish you a Happy New Year and a great 2020 with BOMA Seattle King County!
