   2. Provides a 2% annual rebate to members on their purchases. This program is run out of the retail division of The Home Depot. Purchases are made in stores or on homedepot.com. Members pay as purchases are made.

   2. Offers discounted pricing to BOMA members on wholesale purchases on over 250,000 products and services. This is run out of the wholesale division of The Home Depot. Members order from a catalog of hundreds of thousands of products, enjoy exclusive discounts and offers, and can set up accounts for credit and invoicing.
   3. Members sign up for the program through a Home Depot Pro Institutional rep. They can also complete a "contact me" form on BOMA's web site so Home Depot can follow up with them.
