In 2021, BOMA International suspended the Office Experience Exchange Report (Office Expense Benchmarking Report); therefore, BOMA Seattle King County leadership adopted a strategic objective to collect local operating expense data and begin producing a local market annual Office Building Operating Expense Benchmarking Report for our members.
BOMA Seattle King County received 75 operating expense data sets (2020 data) from office buildings throughout our local market.
