Join the Emerging Professionals (EP) Community

An Emerging Professional (EP) is someone who is relatively new to commercial real estate management who may hold a position such as property manager, assistant property manager, tenant services coordinator, engineer, broker, or similar.

An EP is someone who has been in the commercial real estate industry 10 years or less and would enjoy and benefit from networking with their emerging leader peers in a fun and relaxing environment. 

If you are an Emerging Professional interested in becoming more involved in BOMA membership, learning more about how BOMA can benefit the future of your career and company, and would like to receive communication about upcoming events, you can do the following:

• Visit the BOMA Emerging Professionals page and fill out the form
• Log into your BOMA account at www.bomaseattle.org

1. Select “Edit Bio” -  (Under Information & Settings)
2. Choose Yes or No with dropdown menu under “Emerging Professional (10 or less years in the industry)
3. Under Professional Information
4. Select “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page
