Earlier this year, BOMA Seattle King County commissioned an energy and carbon reduction compliance comparison between the Washington State Clean Buildings Standards (an energy-use reduction standard) and the developing Seattle Building Emissions Performance Standard (a carbon-reduction standard). The report addresses compliance overlap and models 16 property types with varying energy use profiles.
