We are excited to announce our newest BOMA committee: Industrial Committee. Please join us for our first "official" in-person committee meeting down in Kent to discuss goals and issues related to industrial real estate. Below is a draft of our Mission/Goals and the Agenda. Mission – To increase BOMA Greater Seattle’s memberships real estate asset diversity specifically into Industrial and Business Park sectors to better reflect the Pacific Northwest region’s economic and commercial real estate landscape.
Goals – 2023/24
Committee off the ground, establish a large enough participation group to begin networking through BOMA.
Create value proposition for BOMA members managing Industrial assets and elevate the BOMA Industrial Committee as the priority networking opportunity.
Recruit Industrial Owners and Managers into greater participation and membership.
Attract and grow the industry partner connections with Industrial sector partners.
