Patrick has been a standout member within BOMA International and BOMA Greater Seattle. He has participated in many local, regional, and international association programs and committees: BOMA Awards Committee, BOMA Mentor Program, Emerging Professionals, the TOBY Program, and was recently awarded BOMA International's Rising Star Award in 2024. In addtion, his property was the first in the U.S. to be awarded a BOMA BEST Certification.
