ADVOCACY

The Building Owners and Managers Association is the most influential professional organization representing commercial real estate. With over 100 years of experience, it is our common and organized voice that helps your business meet the challenges of today's business environment. Membership in BOMA gives you the tools you need to ensure corporate and personal success. BOMA Seattle King County represents some 50 million square feet of office space in Seattle, Bellevue, and the Puget Sound Region. BOMA member firms are better by associating together to advance our common interests.

BOMA’s Board of Director’s establishes policies and amends or confirms the public positions BOMA may take on government affairs issues impacting the best interest of BOMA members and the organization. The Board may delegate to the Executive Committee of Officers an authorized level of decision making with respect to advocacy positions consistent with the overall strategic plan adopted and governed by the Board.
