| Conscious Inclusion: Building a Culture of Learning & Leading with Curiosity |
|
| You don’t need a leadership title to show up as a leader. Leaders are people-oriented, great listeners, able to tap into the talents and motivations of their teams. The 'I' in DEI is key to building an organization that attracts diverse talent, is fair and equitable. On February 22nd, Aparna Rae, Founder of Moving Beyond, will discuss best practices and have a candid conversation about how to build a culture of learning and how to lead with curiosity. We will also explore the journey of individual leaders and the challenges and opportunities to making an investment in authentically cultivating yourself – grounded in inclusion. |

| Since this first conversation falls during Black History Month, we'll also dive into the importance of focusing explicitly (not exclusively) on race-equity in our organizations and communities. Ahead of our conversation on Feb 22nd, we're sharing a few resources to make the most of Black History Month - and offer our members the opportunity step into the experiences of the African American community and build greater empathy. |
