Peter Svensk

Senior Marketing Manager, Kardin Systems

Peter has over 20 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand storytelling, and content development across technology and commercial real estate. He served as a web strategist at Microsoft, helping shape digital communications at scale. Earlier in his career, he led marketing for a startup co-founded by AI visionary Dr. Oren Etzioni (founding CEO of the Allen Institute for AI), where he was first exposed to neural networks and intelligent systems. At Kardin, Peter leads marketing efforts focused on helping CRE teams understand and apply emerging technologies in real-world scenarios.

Vince Rohr

Vice President of Development, Kardin Systems

Vince is a veteran software and product leader with over two decades of experience delivering enterprise-scale technology at companies including Amazon, Microsoft, GM, and Electronic Data Systems. At Kardin, he is leading the integration of artificial intelligence into development processes and driving innovation across future product lines. His expertise spans full-stack engineering, SaaS platforms, AI integration, and cloud-based data security — offering a grounded perspective on the opportunities and risks of AI in commercial real estate.
