Join BOMA - Industry Partner

INDUSTRY PARTNER MEMBERSHIP


BOMA's Industry Partners are member companies that provide goods and services to the commercial real estate industry. Industry Partner Membership is company based. One primary representative (chosen by the member firm) will be reported in the BOMA International Directory, but the benefits of local membership are extended to all King County employees from the Industry Partner firm. This means anyone who works for the member company locally can attend BOMA events and meetings at the member rate. Please note that there is a limit on the number of Industry Partner Member firms and therefore there may be a wait list for membership. We currently have open spaces in membership.

Principal membership dues are typically about one cent per square foot per year. The R.O.I. on BOMA’s advocacy alone has saved and continues to save owners and tenants multiple times their investment in BOMA. See the R.O.I. Benefits Document for more information.
