DEI Task Force Mission:

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force is passionate about being a resource for BOMA member organizations to achieve their DE&I goals. This committee provides support through a three-pronged approach: DE&I education/training, helping to increase diversity in the industry, and providing Industry-wide DE&I resources.

DEI Task Force Projects:

-Provide Scholarships to BOMA International for those who self-identify as being part of a marginalized community, 

- Provide programming to members by an organization that specializes in providing DEI training and resources to organizations 

-Identify, attend and share information about job fairs with diverse attendees

-Assist with High-School Outreach
