BOMA Seattle King County offers many classes throughout the year. A majority of our educational offerings include BOMI courses and Foundations of Real Estate Management and every year we are looking for instructors.
Classes we offer are (click on a link for the description):
Time Commitment
Teaching these classes require a level of commitment great deal of time not only during the class but also preparing for it. Depending on the course, you may teach the entire course or partner with another instructor to teach a portion of it.
Compensation
Compensation depends on the length of the class and if you are teaching the entire class or only part. Instructors should also keep copies of parking receipts for reimbursement.
Am I Qualified?
The Fundamental Qualifications below are outlined for instructors teaching BOMI courses. These are qualities are suggested and the idea is that the more suggested experience and abilities a candidate possesses, the greater the chances are that the candidate will be competent to present the course and comfortably field job-related
questions and concerns from learners.
For unique qualifications by course, please view the Instructor Competency for BOMI Educational Delivery.
