Details about the Mentor Program Sponsorship The BOMA Mentor Program is in its 3rd
year and it has been a great success. It is run by the BOMA Emerging
Professionals Committee. The Mentor Program itself is for BOMA Principal
Members only (Property Managers, Engineers, Assistant Property Managers etc.).
The only way to get involved as an Industry Partner (vendor/service provider)
is to sponsor. Each year there have been appx. 20 Mentor/Mentee Matches.
Sponsors can expect about 25 attendees at each event. This lends itself to
really getting some great one to one networking time with BOMA’s Top Leaders
(Mentors) and BOMA’s upcoming leaders (Mentees). Each event will include an
educational discussion period and time for networking with drinks and

Opportunities
Major
Sponsor for the BOMA Mentor Program: $2500. You will get
recognition throughout the year for being a major sponsor. Your logo will be on
all email communication about the program including events, liaison check-ins
and monthly emails to the group. You will get logo recognition on the Prezi
during all General Meetings that fall within the program year (September to
May). 2 reps from your company can attend each Mentor event. Event
sponsor for the BOMA Mentor Program: $500.
You will get logo recognition during the event, and on all communication
regarding that specific event and on the Prezi during the General Meetings that
fall the month before and after the event. 2 reps from your company can
attend the event that you sponsor. (See below for specific events that are available
for sponsorship).

Event Schedule
All events will
include a structured educational discussion period and plenty of time for

September 22: Kickoff event - Inspire Growth. Join us as we discuss the "why’s” of
Property
Management. Why we do what we do for our owners, tenants, the future of the
industry and our careers.
January: Stepping in to the Future. Join us as we hear
from a panel of senior leaders in the industry as they discuss their journey,
share stories about their experiences and give us insight on the future of the
industry.
March: Strengthening our community. Join us as we volunteer our
time to help the community. Happy Hour to follow.
May: Wrap Up Event – Resourcefulness is our Super Power. Join
us as we discuss and share ideas that will make you shine at work and help to
skyrocket your career.
