BOMA Seattle King County invites you to enter the 2018 TOBY® contest and begin the process that could result in International recognition for your outstanding building and management team. Consider entering your building and perhaps we will be celebrating with you next June at the International Conference held in San Antonio, Texas!

In this email, you'll find:

• Tips from a past International Winner to help your building stand out: What It Takes To Be a TOBY Winner
• Judging Sheet, Judging Guidelines and Building Inspection Form (all attached) - so you know what to expect
• Local Judging Form for those interested in participating as a judge

All these forms can also be found on the TOBY page of our website. 

Please note that only the entry form and registration fee are due no later than October 20, 2017.  The local judging and building inspections will take place November 7-14. It is our goal to provide the Pacific Northwest an entrant in all 15 categories on the International level in order to accurately portray the splendor that encompasses the buildings throughout our region. This year, binders won't be necessary since the entire process will be done online. More information will be sent to those that submit an entry form.
