we will be celebrating with you next July at the International Conference in Boston, MA!

Please note that the entry form, registration fee and online submission (https://toby.boma.org) are due by October 16, 2020. The judging will take place in late October. It is our goal to provide the Pacific Northwest an entrant in all 17 categories on the International level in order to accurately portray the splendor that encompasses the buildings throughout our region. This year, the entire process will be done online and local judging may be done virtually. More information will be sent to those that submit an entry form.
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, BOMA acknowledges that on-site building inspections may be impacted. TOBY judges have been given the option to conduct on-site or virtual inspections at the discretion of the BOMA

Tour a Local TOBY Building - Be a Judge! We are assembling a team comprised of Property Managers, Architects, Design Engineers and Engineers to help provide a balanced in-person review.
You will have the opportunity for a back of the house tour of a spectacular building and a greater insight into our industry. The on-site building judging will take approximately 2 hours. Submit a Local Judging Form here.
