The 2023 BOMA International Conference & Expo was held June 24-27 and took place in the Heart of America, Kansas City! Property professionals, industry experts, and energetic exhibitors at the trade show all gathered together to share insights on topics ranging from sustainability, AI and smart buildings, and workforce development to flexible spaces for the future. BOMA Seattle King County took over Kansas City with nearly 40 BOMA Seattle King County members in attendance. Not only did our members attend the conference, they had buildings in the International TOBY Competition, and represented their companies at the trade show.
