This year, the 2024 BOMA Conference and The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Awards Ceremony was held in Philadelphia, PA. BOMA Greater Seattle was represented by 7 buildings in seven different categories. Terry Thomas (managed by CBRE and owned by Zurich Alternative Asset Management) won in the Under 100,000 SF category.

“Winning an International TOBY has been years in the making for our team. It has helped validate that the client, site, tenant, and team are truly world class, something we knew to be true whether we won or not. The shared enthusiasm and camaraderie we’ve felt within the BOMA Greater Seattle community has been positively electric since the announcement was made. It is an honor and privilege to help represent the Puget Sound and Pacific Northwest on this stage, and we will be enduringly proud of this achievement!” - Patrick Hennessy, Senior Real Estate Manager for Terry Thomas

This year, the Pacific Northwest Regional Winners represented eight categories: Corporate Facility (Amazon Phase VI, CBRE), Industrial (Bridge Point Auburn 200, Bridge Industrial), Life Sciences Building (Eleven65 by Alexandria, Alexandria Real Estate Equities), Mixed-Use Category (Starbucks Center, Kidder Mathews), Renovated Building (Market Place Tower, CBRE), Under 100K SF (Terry Thomas, CBRE), 100K-249,999 SF (818 Stewart, CBRE), and Suburban Low-Rise (Canyon Park Tech Center, Muller Co. - BOMA Utah). Overall, 72 regional winners competed in 17 categories to win the prestigious International TOBY® Award.

Please join us in congratulating Terry Thomas and all of our buildings that represented the Pacific Northwest Region!
