BOMA International Rising Star Award - Patrick Hennessy
The BOMA International Rising Stars Program is built for emerging professionals dedicated to expanding their knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, while increasing their involvement at BOMA at the international and regional levels. Patrick Hennessy from CBRE was one of five winners of the 2024 Rising Stars Program and represents the key players of the commercial real estate industry and the positive impacts they are making at BOMA International and their respective careers.

2024 BOMA International TOBY Award Winner - Terry Thomas
This year, the 2024 BOMA Conference and The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Awards Ceremony was held in Philadelphia, PA. BOMA Greater Seattle was represented by 7 buildings in seven different categories. Terry Thomas (managed by CBRE and owned by Zurich Alternative Asset Management) won in the Under 100,000 SF category.
