BOMA offers a variety of networking opportunities throughout the year. These networking opportunities range in style, but all offer unique ways to build connections with the commercial real estate community.

Regularly Scheduled Business Networking Events Include:

Monthly General Meeting	BOMA's monthly General Meetings are open to Members and Non-Members of BOMA Greater Seattle. General Meetings are held each month with the exception of July, August and December. Note: Industry Partner non-member companies (service provider companies) may attend up to 1 monthly meeting per year at the non-member rate, and qualify to attend one additional meeting per year once the company has joined the wait list. (Maximum of 2 meetings per year for non-member service providers.) Please see the membership page for more details on becoming an Industry Partner.
BOMA Golf Tournament	Join us at the Golf Club at Newcastle for a day full of golf and networking with BOMA members and other commercial real estate professionals. Registration typically begins in late March.
BOMA Oktoberfest Tradeshow	Join us for an informal, members-only trade show at a to-be-disclosed location for an Oktoberfest atmosphere and lots of networking. Principal Members may attend this event at no charge. Registration for sponsors and attendees typically begins in early August
Women in Action	This annual event is open to all and usually held in the Spring. Our goal for this event is to bring women and men alike, to a place where we can harness the changes and challenges women face in this rapidly growing industry.
Emerging Professionals and Mentor Events	The Emerging Professionals (EP) Program is designed for emerging professionals and future professionals to get to know the industry and BOMA, as well as to begin building the long lasting relationships that help further their careers and strengthen the commercial real estate industry. This program offers several networking and career development opportunities throughout the year. Visit the Emerging Professionals page for more information. The only way to attend these events as an Industry Partner is to sponsor. Visit the sponsorship page if you are interested in sponsoring.
Annual Membership Awards and Recognition Meeting	We celebrate the year by presenting the BOMA Hero Awards, announcing the Local TOBY winners, thanking the Sustaining Partners, giving out Golden Dumpster awards and recognizing leaders and standouts within BOMA. This networking event usually occurs in November.
Holiday Business Networking	This is a special end of year networking event to celebrate and connect with your BOMA colleagues.
