PRINCIPAL MEMBERSHIPPrincipal membership dues are typically about one cent per square foot per year. The R.O.I. on BOMA’s advocacy alone has saved and continues to save owners and tenants multiple times their investment in BOMA. Principal membership is building based. If a building pays dues, the owner and property management team receive member benefits. Principal Members include real estate professionals that own and/or manage office, medical, industrial, retail and government buildings.
